July 24: It was a very exciting day for the Preps and their Big Friends in Grades 4-6. As part of National Tree Day, we were visited by members of the Carlton Football Club, who led the children in a football clinic and then planted three new fruit trees at the back of the oval. The visit was part of the "Carlton in the Community" program, which aims to raise awareness of environmental and recycling issues amongst community members.
